ROSES aims to develop a coherent co-creation and co-design approach with actions consisting of risk awareness and communication, educational activities aimed at the public, volunteers, first responders and civil protection services, in order to create effective mechanisms to increase and strengthen awareness levels about disaster prevention, preparedness and response measures in cross-border areas.
